Shoulder and glute combo

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 13891)

Start in a beginning sqaut position..feet shoulder width apart, stomach tight, holding weights down by your side. (Depending on your class 3,5, or 8 pound weights.)

Squat down bringing the weights down by your ankles, (very deep squat) as you come up to starting position, lift the weights out laterally up over head in the form of an arc. As you lower the arms laterally begin the squat again. All one flowing movement. Hope you like it. This is my first contribution. Thanks for all the great ideas.
