This is a Cycling pattern from (pattern 13892)

Good day from St. John's Newfoundland. I've been teaching for about a year, and have found this site to be a great teaching tool. One thing I have done is reccomend to students to have a look at the site, and if they see anything or a pattern they would like to do in class, to bring it in and I will incorporate it. I've also asked them to bring in music and suggestions as to what moves or drills they would like to do. Anything to make the class more enjoyable.

Anyway, this is a class I use that I got from here. I've only added some music to the pattern. It is an interval class, using six different positions on the bike.

Starting, you are in each position for a minute. I then throw in a minute break, then we go into the next drill, at 45 seconds per position. Next is 30 seconds, then 15. After 15 seconds, we start back up at 30 seconds, then 45 and then a minute once again. This is a great class, and I've been told that it's a great workout.
