This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 13904)

Combo #1

I got part of Combo #1 from a video and I LOVE it..try it out.

**Do this 4 times - on your last squat/hop/turn face front with both feet facing front of room...the rest of the routine stays here***

Combo #2

Combo #3

Repeat left

Combo #4

Repeat combo facing this direction, then turn right again with your heels and you will be facing the back of the room, turn again and do combo, last set of heels face will be forming a box

Combo #5

(this is a quick combo that transitions you to a right fighting stance)

I usually break down each combo then take it from the top with a few drills in between. My class loves building a whole routine then repeating all the combos. This is my first pattern be gentle!
