Cycling Conditioning

This is a Cycling pattern from (pattern 13911)

PURPOSE: This class is designed to condition cardiovascularly...the heart rate will spike (like sprinting) and remain above 80% the entire is designed to be used once in a while (perhaps monthly) in order to challange the cardiovascular system and increase conditioning capacity

MUSIC: just grab one of your regular 136 beat continuous play aerobic tapes/CD's

EXECUTION: you begin with 2 minutes of work and add thirty seconds each segment---never pedal below the beat of the music...keep it quick

If time permits...go to 45 seconds and start from step one...continue until time is up.

Also, for beginners, allow cyclers to use the 30 second flat at the start as an optional continued rest time if they need more than the allotted 30 seconds between segments
