Turn and squat

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 13917)

Start right to left

Come off the back of bench and reverse.

The 8 counts get screwy when you start the squats and lunges. But the come up and over straightens them out. You end up with a 40 count combo and can reduce it to 32 by taking out 2 turnsteps. But the three turnsteps give them a little rest so they can do more of it. A really advanced class loves it with just one turnstep.
