This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 13921)

Right leg leads

Block 1 (self-reversing)

Repeat with left leg

Block 2

Repeat with left leg

* Optional: 1/4 turn on the first V-step to face right right wall and turn back on the second V-step to face front wall.

This is my first time submitting therefore if there's any questions about the choreography please don't hesitate to email me. I'll be glad to help =). I usually teach the first block as a warm up the proceed with active stretching followed by the 2nd block. Once my participants gets the whole choreography, I will speed up the music and repeat the whole choreography twice - My class never seems to get bored of it. Enjoy!
