Cool Vertical Step Patern

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12750)

Note: Start with taps.
Instead of 2 jacks to other side you can use over the top one tap...

1.

(Use vertical step, start with right lead on left corner of bench)

(Repeat on other side...left lead)

2.

(Repeat on other side)

3.

(Repeat on other side)

4.

5.

Start back from the top!!!!!!

(You should plan your jacks around the room so they end on the other side of the bench i.e. if did right lead first time, jacks should bring you to other side of bench so on the next time through you are doing a left lead).

I stole a lot of the above from other turnstep authors...then mixed and matched. I added the jacks, 'cause everyone in my class hates them--smile...and I am just pure evil anyway--smile. I usually do this with a Turbo Step CD (i.e. 134 BPM). It is my stress releiver. My folks really love this work out/it is my only vertical step work out/and I usually have to fight with my class to move the steps to horizontal when I want to do something different...

Hope you like this! Thanks for a great web page. I hope to add a few more routines as I finalize them...I use you guys a lot!!!!!
