Linda's Step Interval #1

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12753)

All combinations are 32 count and self-reversing. A body bar will be needed for the "recovery" periods. Please feel free to email me with any questions.

Combo #1:

Recovery #1: lunges

Combo #2:

Recovery #2: bentover row

Combo #3:

Recovery #3: standing underhand chest press

Combo #4:

Recovery #4: wide grip bicep curls

Combo #5:

Recovery #5: overhead tricep press
