This is my first pattern. I have it's useful - I often check out the different routines for new ideas. Thanks to all.
This routine I build up throughout the lesson.
Elbow right (1)/left (2)/as uppercut right (3)/knee left (4) (repeat left) Do this 2 times
Shuffle right with quick jabs (1-3), end with cross (4) (repeat left) Do this 8 times
You can from here start over or be creative and put in more moves. Remember to end on the left to repeat everything from the top.
Extra (after shuffle):
Repeat
Repeat
From here start all over with jabbing forward.
