- 2 Grapevines (reverse L shape) + 4 swings + 2 hops &
over + 4 single curls
- 2 Grapevines (reverse L shape) + 4 swings + 2 hops &
over + 2 single + 1 double curl
Repeat left lead
Combo #2
- 4 Step touches + 4 back lunges
- 2 x Single, single, double curls
- 2 Grapevines + 2 curls + jog (4)
- 2 Single front lunges + 2 side lunges
- 2 Power squats
- 4 Curls + march + 3 knees (x 2)
- 1 Grapevine + 2 curls + 1 grapevine + 2 single + 1 double
curls + 4 "leaps" and back
Change into:
- 4 Step touches box + 4 back lunges
- 2 x Single, single, double curls tap in front
- 2 Diagonal grapevines + 2 curls (inside turn) + jog (4)
- 2 Single front lunges + 2 side lunges
- 2 Power squats
- 4 Curls moving forward + march back + 3 knees (x 2)
- 1 Grapevine + 2 curls + 1 grapevine + 2 single + 1 double
curls + 4 "leaps" and back
