Vertical Step with a Kick

Here's a simple vertical step routine I use as a quick
filler.
Part 1
- Turnstep x 2 (8)
- Ankle touch (or power move) (4)
- Diagonal over the top (4)
- Side leg abduction x 2 travelling back (8)
- Over the top x 2 (8)
Repeat other side
Part 2
- Karate kick =
- Step up left kick right
- With right foot on floor again(!) side kick left
- With left foot back on step, kick right
- Down down
Repeat as necessary with power moves, lunges etc.
Add on to Part 1
Part 3
- Diagonal over
- 2 Jacks
- Over the top with a turn
- 2 Jacks
- Diagonal over
- 2 Jacks
- Over the top with a turn
- 2 Jacks
Add on and repeat whole thing as necessary.
