Linda's Step Interval #2

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 12766)

Bench is horizontal. All combinations are 32 counts and self-reversing. You will need a body bar for the "recovery" periods. Please ask if you have questions!

Combo #1:

Recovery #1: squats with right foot on bench

Combo #2:

Recovery #2: squats with left foot on bench

Combo #3:

Recovery #3: front raise

Combo #4:

Recovery #4: bicep curls

Combo #5:

Recovery #5: Tricep kickbacks

***Kick & reach: Step with the right foot near the left end of the bench and kick, then step down left/right (counts 1-4); staying near the left end, step on to the bench with your left foot and do a glute squeeze with the right leg, then step down right/left (counts 5-8)
