Linda's Step Interval #3

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12771)

Bench is horizontal. All combinations are 32 counts and self-reversing. You will need a body bar for the "recovery" periods. Enjoy, and ask if you need help!

Combo #1:

Recovery #1: standing on top of bench; tap one foot down, then knee comes up; complete all reps on right, then do left

Combo #2:

Recovery #2: upright row

Combo #3:

Recovery #3: wide grip bent over row

Combo #4:

Recovery #4: straight arm tricep lift (hold bar behind back, hands no more than shoulder-width apart, palms turned towards the body; lift the bar straight back)

Combo #5:

Recovery #5: narrow grip bicep curls
