Warmup ideas to please
This is a
Warmup pattern from
www.turnstep.com.

Hi there, I hope you can use some of my ideas. Here goes.
Warmup 1:
- Shuffle forward with right then left (8)
- Step touch alternating with you arms overhead and to the
side (8)
- Straddle travelling back (step out wide, wide and back,
back) (8)
- Ham curl single, single, double (8) (32)
- Grapevine to the left with 2x baseball (jump x2) Whilst
turning to the left wall (8)
- Chasse to the right and back (8)
- Then facing the mirror again do a grapevine to the right
+ 2x baseball turning to the right wall (8)
- Chasse to the left and back (8) (32)
Repeat combo starting with left foot.
Warm up 2:
- Plie forward (low step touch whilst patting your
calves) (8)
- Squat right and left (8)
- Scoop travelling back (8)
- Ham curl single, single, double(8) (32)
- Grapevine left +2x baseball turning to left wall (8)
- Grapevine to the right and 1x V-step with left foot (8)
- Grapevine to the left + 2x baseball turning to the mirror (8)
- Grapevine to the right with 1x V-step with left foot. (8) (32)
Repeat left lead.
