and totally fun! I gotta say, being from Canada and the
North Country - Country spins work pretty good. Hope you like
this one.

slides *I count 8's, 4's then 2's*
- Sin Wagon (Dixie Chicks) - speed work (30 seconds/20
seconds/15 seconds) *Repeat if you have time*
- Hole In my Head (Dixie Chicks) - rolling hills
(50%/60%/70%, reverse down other side of hill, repeat
again)
- Horse Shoes (Adam Gregory) - standing hill climb
- Love Someone Like You (Keith Urban) - float leg curves
- Fishin' in the Dark (Alabama) - hill climb (long hard hill)
- Pour Me Another "Shot of Wiskey" (Trick Pony) - jumps
or *(sit/stand) intervals
- Old Enough to Know Better - rider's choice
- Chatahoochie (Alan Jackson) - rolling hills
- Cotton Eye Joe - speed intervals *I usually break them up
into groups and make them work against each other*
