Fat Burning Cardio

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12781)

Then go straight into left mambo and repeat with left lead

Side mambo is: Right leg steps out then comes back in and crosses crossing behind the left leg. Can use as a repetitious move to work quads by getting low as you step out (like you would on a squat) then coming back up as you cross behind)
