Killer combo
This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 12783)
This is a combination that will get your class going. Hope
you all like it...
Combo 1
Right leg lead:
- 4 Quick jabs right (1-4)
- Uppercut left (5)
- Hook right (6)
- Uppercut left and pause (7-8)
This is an 8 count combo.
Repeat with left leg lead
Combo 2
Right leg lead:
- Jab cross jab cross (1-4)
- Rear leg knee (5-6)
- Rear leg front kick (7-8)
This is another 8 count combo.
Repeat with left left leg lead
Then after they have those I put them both together for a
16 count combo. So it would be as follows:
- 4 Quick jabs (1-4)
- Uppercut (5)
- Hook (6)
- Uppercut and pause (7-8)
- Jab cross jab cross (9-12)
- Rear leg knee (13-14)
- Rear leg fromt kick (15-16)
