Linda's Step Interval #4

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 12784)

Bench is horizontal. All combinations are 32 counts and self-reversing. You will need a body bar for the "recovery" periods. Please email me with questions/comments.

Combo #1:

Recovery #1: squat/knee up: stand at right end of bench with left foot on bench and weight centered; squat down/lift right knee for appropriate number of reps, then move to other end and repeat

Combo #2:

Recovery #2: bentover row with narrow grip

Combo #3:

Recovery #3: bicep curls

Combo #4:

Recovery #4: overhead tricep press

Combo #5:

Recovery #5: military press
