Bench is horizontal. All combinations are 32 counts
and self-reversing. You will need a body bar for the
"recovery" periods. Please email me with questions/comments.
Combo #1:
- Kickin' L-step (8)
- Basic (4)
- V-step (4)
- Kick & straddle 4x (16)
Recovery #1: squat/knee up: stand at right end of bench with
left foot on bench and weight centered; squat down/lift right
knee for appropriate number of reps, then move to other end
and repeat
Combo #2:
- Charleston kick (4)
- Turn & straddle (4)
- Over the top (4)
- Jacks 2x (4)
- Repeater knees 2x (16)
Recovery #2: bentover row with narrow grip
Combo #3:
- 3 Knees on top/exit (8)
- Mambo (4)
- Pivot (4)
- Travel glute squeeze 4x (16)
Recovery #3: bicep curls
Combo #4:
- Jump shot (4)
- Side leg straddle (4)
- Double knee/walk back around (8)
- Hamstrings around the world (16)
Recovery #4: overhead tricep press
Combo #5:
- Hamstring curl (4)
- Split basic (8)

- L-step around the world (16)
