This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.

At the beginning of the class I do simple moves, like:
- 8 Side jab on left then right
- 8 Combo left and right side jab
- 8 Front jab on left then right
- 8 Combo left and right front jab
- 8 Combo left front jab and right side jab
- 8 Combo right front jab and left side jab
I do about 3 series of 8 each combo: first static, second
relax and the last very "fast and furious", max of speed.
I specially train kids so my programs aren't so hard! Please
