This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12787)

At the beginning of the class I do simple moves, like:

I do about 3 series of 8 each combo: first static, second relax and the last very "fast and furious", max of speed.

I specially train kids so my programs aren't so hard! Please email me with any suggestions!!!
