Up and down
This is a
Step pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 12795)
- 2 Right basics
- 2 Hamstring curls-corner to corner- right foot leads
- 2 Hamstring curls-on the floor, like you just did on the
bench, but corner to corner on the floor
- 1 L-step (left corner, right foot)
Repeat this section left foot leading
- Right turnstep with a straddle, exit to the front of the
bench
- 2 Side legs
- 1 Over the top
- Right foot pivot right
- 1 Fly over
Repeat this section on the left foot
- Up, up squat right and left on the bench, 3 repeater knees
right foot, exit the bench
- Squat right and left on the floor
- 2 Corner to corner knees on the bench (right foot, left
corner)
- 2 Half jacks on the floor
Repeat with left lead
- 2 Turnsteps right foot leads
- 3 Repeater knees right foot
- March up and back with a knee on the floor
- 1 Power up
- Over 1
Repeat left
- 2 Right basics
- Knee tap on the end, length for 3
- 3 Repeaters left foot and turn to the short end of the bench
- Up up lunge right and left, exit front
- 1 Side leg
- 1 Turnstep, repeat left then 4 jacks to the beginning
All of the up-up movements just mean step up with the lead
foot and stay there, then step up with the other foot, both
feet are on the step. Power up is a tap with a hop-hands clap
in the air over the head. The knee tap to the end is like a
tiny little L-step, you do one knee with the lead foot and then
that foot taps the floor and you're ready to go over the
length for 3.
