Here's a pattern that I do along to the song "Dance and Shout" by Shaggy. It's simple, it works, it's fun.
Start the song with a standing climb, split into three. The first climb will be at a regular cadence, appox 60% tension, the second climb, pick up the tension to approx 70%, along with the cadence, then finally pick up the cadence to a standing jog, approx 15 seconds before the chorus hits. When Shaggy breaks in with the chorus, "Dance and Shout," switch to a four count hover (slide)/sitting climb combo, until the chorus is done, then do it again.
My group got through it without breaks, but I wouldn't recommend this one for a beginner class.
