Pyramid Loops

This is a Cycling pattern from (pattern 12805)

These loops can be adapted to any group of songs. Just cue the members to increase their cadence and/or resistance in response to the particular song at the time.

Each movement is performed for the time as follows:

Finish the class with a sprint to the end and then cool down.

My classes love this because it's challenging and they can push themselves at their own level.
