Simple, yet sweaty!
Combo 1
- Left jab, right cross (2)
- Right knee, left side kick (4)
- Squat (2)
Repeat
Combo 2
- Left foot forward
- Jab, cross (2)
- Right roundhouse with back leg (2) (make these quarter
turn roundhouses, so it will take four times to face the
front again)
