Stability Ball
This is a
Ball pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 12813)
Prone over ball. Walk hands out until ball is rested under
knees or shins. Combination goes like this:
- Prone over ball hands on floor _ push up X 3
- Knee tucks X 3 (bring knees under hips, keep neutral spine)
- Rear leg lift x 3 alternate lifts (pilates move, keep ball
still, pelvis in alignment)
I adore the ball work & have done for many years. I now
teach mat pilates & pilates reformer and all of these
exercises compliment each other so well! I have developed
numerous pilates & ball combinations. If you would like further
