Golden Delts

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 12822)

Hey again... Thanks for all the great ideas! Here's a short and sweet one for the delts:

Start with push ups on the floor, have weights ready to grab (I don't like long breaks :-)

Come up to knees after the push ups, grab weights, put one leg forward for balance, other leg is on knee, upper body comes forward slightly, now lift weights, squeeze those shoulder blades together, do 2/2 and 3/1 moves (2 up, 2 down; 3 up, 1 down)

Throw in some side shoulder raises (upper body comes up nice and proud this time)- singles

Back to the squeezes, this time go one up, squeeze small one for 2 at the top and down again, repeat this combination 8 times (or maybe less in the beginning), cue: up-squeeze, squeeze-down and again

Finish them off with push ups again
