Learning to love it

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12830)

This is a great routing for beginning teachers and steppers but gets your heart rate right where you want it...

Start with:

Do the whole thing again leading with your left foot

Second Combo

Repeat with left foot

Last Combo

Repeat with left foot

During my workout, I normally include two intervals, usually one about half way through and then one (a lot faster/harder) at the end
