Grabbing some moves before class starts and felt it was time to throw in a move that once you start you don't want to stop.
Facing the front of the room:
(do this 2x or 4x with the right lead then change to left lead - you can even break it down further so you're doing one set on each side)
After they've gotten familiar with this move, break it down even further.
With as much twisting as you're doing, if you focus, you can really work the obliques. And with the right music you can feel the intensity built as you break each set down.
