Got Milk? Drop it!

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 12832)

An old trainer of mine had me do this and I use it in my classes. It makes your arms feel like Jell-O! Standing vertically, which focuses all movement on the deltoids, lift arms holding 8-10 pound weights, out to the side. As you are lifting arms out to the side, pretend your weights are cups of milk and you are slowly pouring out the milk as you lift the weights up. This puts more emphasis on the deltoids. Now remember, the more you lean forward when doing this exercise the more you are bringing your upper back into it and focusing less on the deltoids. I do this on an 8 count. Lift, 7,6,5,4,3,2,1 (arms straight out with shoulders), then take it down. Do several sets like this then take it down to singles. It's worth the pain!!!! Enjoy!!!
