You get a chair with handles and put it against the wall. You can use legs weight for more advanced people. You sit down on the chair and stick your legs out. Making sure your legs are together and are locked together. You are going to try to lift your self off the chair with your arms. You will need a partner or no partner at all it is up to you. The idea for this exercise is to be able to lift your legs up to your chest. This will work on your total abs and you will feel it the first time. Partner recommended.
