Easy Warm up
This is a
Warmup pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 12847)
Warm up
- Grapevine right/left x4
- Step touch X8
- Step tap behind X 8
- Heel press forward X8
- Repeat above again
- Add alternating ham curls x 8
Lunge side to side and hold for stretch on left, turn side
into runner stretch. Walk around to center and pulse. Lunge
side to side again and hold stretch on right, turn side into
runner stretch, walk center and pulse again. Work heels
together and back up to marching in place.
