Sonia's Triple V-Skip Warm-up
This is a
Warmup pattern from

Hi. Use whichever parts you need! This helps teach some of
the moves in the Triple V-Skip routine. Horizontal step.
Part 1
- March 16 (16)
- 4 Basics, right lead (16)
- Standing on floor, tap the right toes out to the side 8X (16)
- 4 Small squats to the right (16)
- 16 Alternate heels left/right, 8 on floor, 8 to step (32)
- 8 Mambos, left lead, using the step (32)
Repeat left. Repeat as needed right and left.
Part II
- 4 Basics, right lead (16)
- 4 Small squats to the right (16)
- 8 Alternate heels left/right to the step (16)
- 4 Mambos - may add cha cha chas in between (16)
Repeat left. Repeat as needed right and left.
Part III
- 2 Basics, right lead (8)
- 2 Squats right (8)
- 4 Alternate heels left/right to the step (8)
- 2 Mambo cha cha chas (8)
- 2X: 2 V-steps
- 3 Knee lifts on top of the step (32 total)
Repeat left. Repeat as needed right and left.
Part IV Preview of the Triple V-Skip
- 2X: Step up as for a V, 3 alternate knee lifts on top,
exit (20)
- 3 Alternate knee lifts (12)
Repeat left. Repeat right and left as needed.
