Choreography:
1 Triple V-skip: (1,2) step up wide right/left, (3-8)
stepping into the center of the step, do 3 skipping knee lifts
on top, (9,10) exit left and right. To turn this: (1,2) step
up wide right/left, (3,4) step in right and lift the left knee,
beginning to turn left on top, (5,6) step down on top left,
lift the right knee and complete the turn so you are facing the
back, (7,8) the right foot steps off the narrow end, the left
knee lifts, (9,10) walk home left and right. You must do the
knees with a skipping motion to make the turns work.
2 Rock "n" Fly: (1-4) Just like a rocking horse, (5,6) hop
turn, (7,8) exit left and right. Repeat with a left lead to go
home. You can always substitute 2 alternate rocking horses!
3 Merry-Go-Round: To describe this move I am going to use
map directions for the horizontal step.
