- 2x Grapevine turn 180 degrees after the first one you are
now facing the backwall. (8)
- 4x Side step with crazy arms (2 times)* (8)
- 2x Grapevine turn back 180 degrees after the first one,
you are know facing the mirror again. (8)
- Hamstring curl; single, single, double. You can now start
the combination on left. (8)
*Crazy arms: stick your right arm forward (1) then your left
(2), sciscor (3-4) them while bending your elbows 90 degrees.
This is 4 counts.
