Tonin on the Slide
This is a
Slide pattern from

(pattern 12873)
Place the footies on your hands and get on to the floor
preparing for a push-up.
- Lower body towards the slide by sliding hands away from
one another, inhaling. (2 counts)
- Exhale as you slide hands back together, pushing your
upper body away from the slide and back to starting
position.
- Also can try sliding out half way on 2 count and then
pushing the rest of the way on a two count (4 count)
- Slide in stopping half way (4 count)
Since push-ups are much harder on the slide, you may need
to put your knees down onto a mat even if you do not normally
do so.
