Buns Burning

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12875)

Trust me - your butt will feel this the next day - Plus it is very easy to be taught to beginners

Repeat until class gets the hang of it, then cut it into 4 counts

Repeat, cut into 4 counts, then add in the jab combo

Repeat, cut into 4, then add the jab-cross combo

Repeat, cut into 4s, then add the jab-cross-uppercut combo

I taught this to my class, which majority of them were beginners, who were very nervous. But by the end their confidence in the class went up and I saw nothing but smiles on their faces. Thank you for taking the time out to read this. Christine
