This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from

Trust me - your butt will feel this the next day - Plus it
is very easy to be taught to beginners
- 8 - Alternating jabs
- 8 - Squats down & up (toes pointed forward)
- 8 - Alternating front kick (before going into the kick make
sure to step in with left foot then kick with right)
- 8 - Jump rope
Repeat until class gets the hang of it, then cut it into
4 counts
- 8 - Alternating cross punch
- 8 - Bob & weaves
- 8 - Alternating side kicks
- 8 - Speed bags
Repeat, cut into 4 counts, then add in the jab combo
- 8 - Alternating hooks
- 8 - Squat (feet point out)
- 8 - Alternating back kicks
- 8 - Jacks
Repeat, cut into 4, then add the jab-cross combo
- 8 - Alternating uppercuts
- 8 - Double bob & weaves
- 8 - Round house kicks on right
- 8 - Round house kicks on the left
- 8 - Jumping
Repeat, cut into 4s, then add the jab-cross-uppercut
combo
I taught this to my class, which majority of them were
beginners, who were very nervous. But by the end their
confidence in the class went up and I saw nothing but smiles
