Satan's Hill Climb

I gave this name to this ride due to the fact a lot of the
members named it. In no way should this be construed as anything
but the name of a ride.
3 minute warm up.. seated flat..
- 2 Minute seated climb moderate resistance
- Recovery 1 minute
- 10 Minute seated/standing climb. 30 Seconds seated/30
seconds sprint to the top and sit and start 30 seconds
seated again
- Recovery - 3 minutes (YOU WILL NEED IT)
- 5 Minutes heavy hill climb (position 3), fast pace
- Recovery - 1 minute
- Flat ride - 4 minute moderate resistance
- 1 Minute recovery
- 2 Minute moderate to light-heavy run
- Immediately excel in position 3 for a climb of 2 minute to
heavy resistance.
- Back to a moderate run 2 minutes
- Recover 2 minutes
- Up in position 2 for a fast run at a anerobic pace for
3 minutes.
- Recover - 2 minutes.
- 4 x1 Minute climb (spints) with a 30 second recovery
Between each climb in position 3.
Cool down 3 minutes and drink lots of water. This ride is
for the experienced only. If it done as the true resistance,
they will love it and will beg for more.. Enjoy
