Warmup pattern from

This warm up can be adapted for a step or a hi/lo class
- (1-8) Step touch x4
- (9-16) Step touch x4 (L shape)
- (17-32) Double side step
- (1-8) Single, single, double hamstring curl
- (9-16) Mambo and basic step (or V-step if you are doing a
hi/lo class)
- (17-32) Knee lift corner to corner x4 (or step knee x8
for a hi/lo class)
