Tapless fun

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12572)

Hello everybody, these combos are tapless and self-reversing. Have fun with it:)

Explanation ***:

#1: step right, knee lift left, tap left on floor, bring left foot over bench and tap on floor, come back and exit left, right. I call this move "rebound".

#2 funky V: V-step up, jump in, out, in on bench, right knee lift still on top of bench and exit. Knee repeater or variation: step knee right lead, tap, tap left foot (I call it a minus sign on the floor) and a pendulum, exit.

I like to add intervals between each combo. Usually I do lunges around the bench, 3 or 4 times. I also do 8 power basics and 8 power squats right and left lead, repeating it 2x. Email me if you have questions but please mention "turnstep" in the subject!
