This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 12575)

Block #1

Started with the left foot

Block #2

Started with the left foot to the left corner

Block #3

Started with the left foot. Change your front kick for a side kick (left,right,left,right) while you are moving backward and started your double knees with your left foot.

*Change your double step for a chasse

** Football: march 3 time and knee up on 4
