Block #1
- (1-8) Jogging forward/backward
- (9-15) Step touch single,single,double*
- (16-23) Knees alternating single,single,double
(right,left,right,right)
- (24-32) Knees alternating single,single, double
(left,right,left,left)
Started with the left foot
Block #2
- (1-8) Scoop forward (to the right corner)
- (9-16) Lunges alternating
- (17-24) Scoop alternating (to where you were)
- (25-32) Jack, jack, power jack
Started with the left foot to the left corner
Block #3
- (1-8) Football (both sides)**
- (9-16) Double grapevine (right)
- (17-24) Front kickforward (right, left, right, left)
- (25-32) Double knees alternated (2 right, 2 left)
Started with the left foot. Change your front kick for a
side kick (left,right,left,right) while you are moving backward
and started your double knees with your left foot.
*Change your double step for a chasse
** Football: march 3 time and knee up on 4
