Interesting Aqua Move

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 12589)

Hello friends! This will be short and sweet...try this move with the hand bouys under the water...It's a killer!

Stand with right foot on floor. Lift left foot as high as you can comfortably (this is your starting comes the fun part...). Keep the left foot lifted off the floor at all times AND while you are doing this, kick (bend knee first then straighten) to the front with the right leg so the toes come out of the water (if possible) then bring right leg back to the floor, tap, then repeat.

When you are too exhausted to continue, try it on the other side! My class loved it because it worked their abs and their cardio. Let me know what you think!
