Interval shallow to deep water routine

This is an Aquatic pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12591)

Warm-up

Cardio

Run suspended

Repeat with weights in the deep water

Cool-Down

(use weights, noodles, or kickboards to suspend body. Lay back in water like you are reclining in a chair)
