This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 12592)

Assuming a right lead:

Repeat other side

I break it down, repeating each move over and over, separately, then put them together, but repeat each move a few times, then gradually break it down more until you do the above... SCREAM, HOLLER, "HOOT" it gets them going!
