Great Spin Mix

This is a Cycling pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12610)

My Tuesday spin class loved this mix!

I give my guys a scale of 1 - 10 so they know how hard to work. 1 is no resistance (usually when we just start to warm up) 10 being that you can hardly move the pedals

Jumps are at least a 5 - up for a couple rotations then down. Interval sprints are between 4 - 5. Light climbs - 7. Heavy climbs 8 - 9 (depending on the music). Warm up - no resistance to get used to the spinning then add on
