Kick his butt!!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 12632)

When I teach Kickboxing, I like to work the upper body real well first, and then move on to lower body. This is a fun upper body combo that the class really likes and works the arms really well! I call this combo the "tall man" You imagine a tall man standing in front of you and you "KICK HIS BUTT"

I cue it "To his face, to his chest, to his gut, and low"

We go through it 4 times (32 counts)
Then we take it to his face x8 (8 counts)
To his chest x8
To his gut x8
And low x8

After this we add on alternate fast punches down to the floor to "Keep him down" (8 counts)
The whole combo would be:

You repeat this until your shoulders are burnin'!!
