Add one on!

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 12652)

Hello friends! Once again, this was inspired by my class...Keep moving but not too complicated...New Year always brings in folks we have not seen in a while!

Pattern first, any explanations follow.

Left foot lead back to beginning...

I teach the first few blocks right lead, doing 8's or 4's of everything until they get it...then teach it left lead....Then teach the next block right and left and add on. If you draw out any of the patterns they self-reverse!

** double knee lifts: right foot steps up, left knee up, tap down left, tap down right (do twice-just tell them it is not a repeater) Then do left foot up, right step will be left lead

***Most of us know the split basic...up-up-lunge-lunge-exit...alternate feet on the lunges

****3 Alternating kicks: is a simple step, but I am not sure what everyone calls it...left foot to right corner, right leg kicks, right leg to floor and left leg kicks, left foot back to bench and right leg kicks...then back to beginning
