This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12662)

First you are going to instruct your class to think diagonal. They are going to be working in a V shape. To clarify, you are not jabbing towards the mirror or to the side. You are diagonal.

Throw this all together and you will get their heart rates up. Make sure to modify it and break it down as much as possible. Good luck and use upbeat music to keep it fun! Let me know!!!!
