- Basic right/left,
- Knees left/right,
- L-step left/right,
- 1/2 L-step left,
- Over the top,
- Squat on floor,
- Side leg repeater,
- Over the top,
- Knee repeater.
- L-step front (or left)
- Over the top (short end).
(self-reversing)
- Turnstep, kick 1,
- L-step right, tap (or power hop up),
- Kick right/left,
- L-step front (or right),
- Knees right/left (facing back of room),
- Diagonal,
- Diagonal back (reverse v),
- Kick left,
- Over the top.
(self-reversing)
- Charleston x 3 to the left,
- Double inner thigh repeater right,
- Walk back around short end of step x4,
- Double inner thigh repeater,
- Walk back around step again x 4,
- Double knee repeater,
- Walk back around step,
- Split knee repeater (see description below),
- Knee-side-curl repeater,
- Slow reverse turn (1st 2 counts slow),
- Down to floor for jacks x 10,
- Over the top,
- Walk around or pivot.
(self-reversing)
- 1 Single side leg,
- Knee straddle, side leg straddle,
- Curl straddle, knee exit.
- Stomp step x 2,
- Stomp-shuffle, turn repeat back,
- Stomp-straddle-stomp-foot on floor,
- Stomp back around corner (8 counts),
- 2 Side legs moving backwards,
- 1 Turnstep.
(self-reversing)
The best thing about this routine is that you can
self-reverse the individual parts, or put them all together as
you go and self-reverse the entire program !!! Have fun !!

Repeater knee split=
Double knee, both feet end on bench, lift one knee and exit
to the opposite side of the bench.
