Interval pop and techno ride - lots of strength

This is a Cycling pattern from (pattern 12675)

Heart Rate monitors: After warm up have them keep their heart rates between 75-85 until tough hill climbs and let them go up to 92% and then back down. Give NO breaks. Let them drink when they need to drink and remind them, but no breaks. Music perfect for the real spinners and for those who just come to enjoy the ride and the music.

PE:(Precieved exertion for those who don't wear HR monitors) after warm up have them get themselves to a PE 6, then 7 and hold except tough climbs and push to an 8 then back it back. NO breaks.

This is a 55-60 minute class.
