Repeat all with left lead.

I use this towards the end of my class as extra cardio. I tend to teach part 3 first, at a slower pace. It can be confusing to some who are not as coordiated as others. This way you do not have to slow the class down to teach the whole routine. I love this one!

In between right lead and left lead I will put in jump rope and power squats and/or walking kicksforward 4 times (8 counts) and 4 jacks back (8 counts). Good luck!
