Another easy FUN low impact

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 12689)

Repeat block 1 on other side (4x8)

*squat/big jack: I'm not sure of the right name. Step to the side (right) bent knees, lean on quads, step back. Repeat on left. Email me with any question! Hope you will understand this. My classes loves this one because it's very easy to build up.(add-on)
