Block 1
- Half grapevine (step to the side, cross behind) (2)
- Cha-cha-cha (2)
- March on left (4)
- 4 Knee lifts (left, right, left,right) (8)
- 4 Lunges to the side (left, right, left,right) (8)
- 2 Mambo (or 1 mambo, 1 pivot turn) (left) (8)
Block 2
Repeat block 1 on other side (4x8)
Block 3
- 4 Hamstring curls (right left right left) (8)
- Double hamstring curl right, double hamstring left (8)
- 4x Open knee lift (keep feet apart) (right left right
left) (8)
- Double knee lift right, double knee lift left (8)
Block 4
- Double grapevine right (2x8)
- Squat/big jack* right and left (8)
- Double grapevine left (8)
- Squat/big jack* left and right (8)
*squat/big jack: I'm not sure of the right name. Step to the
side (right) bent knees, lean on quads, step back. Repeat on
